Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of 3win2u services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
- Registration details must be truthful and belong to you.
- Phone number and email verification are required to activate your account.
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Accounts registered using false information will be terminated immediately.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 3win2u shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your account information.
- Never share your password with anyone.
- Change your password periodically for optimal security.
- Report any suspicious activity to the support team immediately.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
User Responsibilities & Platform Prohibitions
All 3win2u users are required to comply with the platform's usage rules. Violation of any of the following prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and in certain cases, legal action may be taken.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software or scripts to exploit the system.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform.
- Registering a fake account or using another person's identity.
- Using your account for fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- Participating in any form of collusion or game manipulation.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
User Responsibilities
- Keep all account information current and accurate at all times.
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
- Use the platform for permitted entertainment purposes only.
- Take responsibility for all transactions made from your account.
- Report any system vulnerabilities or bugs discovered.
- Interact with other users in a respectful and ethical manner.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 3win2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets, and FPX channels recognised in Malaysia.
Deposit Policy
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method selected. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. 3win2u reserves the right to decline or suspend any deposit that raises concern.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will be processed to the verified bank account registered under the user's name. Processing time is between one and three business days, depending on the receiving bank. 3win2u reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be automatically rejected.

Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
3win2u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of continuous availability. Maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited in the user's active account at the time the claim is made.
3win2u reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or at the platform's absolute discretion. In the case of a legitimate account closure, any unused account balance will be returned to the user upon completion of an investigation. The platform's decision is final in all account-related matters.
All content, logos, designs, text, images, software, and other materials found on the 3win2u platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of these materials without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 3win2u platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
